Limited Lifetime Warranty
ChairWorks offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty, except as defined below:

• To be free of defects in material and workmanship to the original owner when used under normal    conditions from the date of purchase.

• Swivel and tilt mechanisms and bases are warranted for five years, pneumatic cylinders, casters and all    wood or plastic components and all upholstery are warranted for three years.

• The warranty does not apply to damage caused by fire, accident, negligence, misuse, improper cleaning or    other factors not directly attributed to manufacturing defects. These will void the warranty.

• Warranty is limited to repairs and/or replacement, at our option, when the product has been used under    normal conditions. Consent from ChairWorks must be obtained before any warranty work is performed.

• Users are responsible for correct assembly, maintenance and cleaning, and periodic checking and    retightening hardware.

• NO two pieces of leather are alike: variations and marks may occur naturally and are not defects.

In the event of repair and/or replacement of any defective product, ChairWorks does not warrant matching color, grain, texture or dye lots. See assembly care and instructions. This warranty does not apply when product has been modified or altered, repaired or refurbished by someone other than ChairWorks. The above mentioned warranty is the only one applicable to this product. All other warranties expressed or implied are disclaimed. Defective parts or product should be returned prepaid, insured and with letter of explanation, dated proof of purchase.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is not applicable to end user customers who use ChairWorks products for rental purposes and is effective only for products, parts or components manufactured after January 1, 2000.
